More calendarised collections
In 2008, Clothes Aid trialled a new scheme carrying out calendarised collections on the first Tuesday of every month. The scheme was a great success in the trial areas - so successful, in fact, that we have decided to roll it out into other parts of the country.
Calendarised collections will start in the first quarter of 2009, and take place in Wales, Berkshire and Rotherham on behalf of Make-A-Wish and The Noah's Ark Appeal. The collections will take place on different days depending on the area.
We hope this advance warning will provide householders with more time to get their collections together, and that this will in turn, increase the amount of funds we are able to raise for our charity partners.
