Uncollected bags
Clothes Aid works really hard to collect all the bags that householders kindly leave out, but sometimes it may happen that a bag is missed.
In the unlikely event that we do miss your bag, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please contact us immediately, either via our help line: 08450 722 780 or by using the form below. We will then organise for your donation to be collected as soon as possible.
Please be aware that collections are carried out between 9am and 7pm.
If you have a large number of bags to be collected, please ring us on 08450 722 780 or complete the form below. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
